Profit Sharing Plan
Each year the employees share a portion of our profits.  All employees are eligible for the program after a short waiting period.  It helps keep everybody focused on customer satisfaction and the overall success of the organization.

Pension Plan
This plan was created to assist our employees with investing for their retirement.  When employees join the pension plan, regular contributions are taken from payroll and deposited into a pension account.  S.B. Simpson Group will make equal payments on the employee’s behalf matching those contributions.  The eligible amount is based on your years in the plan.

EAP Program
At S.B. Simpson, we understand that we all need help from time to time, and one way of helping is through our Employee Assistance Program.  This is a confidential, short-term counseling and advisory service for employees or anyone in the employee’s family who is covered under your group benefits plan.  It's voluntary and the EAP counselors are trained to help you with any personal or professional problems affecting your home life or work life.
